      Well Björn, that's the goal for this quarter. I'm a fairweather downhill skier, but live 5 minutes from cross country pistes so why not give it a go.

    Taking small steps in a lot of cases will have us reach our destination much quicker and with a definite purpose...a fantastic way to begin the new year.
