A Haiku written to remind me of the hours I have spent sitting on the pebbles on Brighton beach, England.

      Brian, I now have lakes close by, but I live hours from the ocean and I miss the waves.

    I believe Brighton Beach is the one in my mind that is kind of the ultimate pebbled beach. We visited it in 1987. Hard to walk along a beach like that but I think there was a walkway with beach chairs.
